We take great pride in the quality of our products. However, we acknowledge that sometimes mistakes happen, and we’re committed to addressing these rare instances promptly.

What Can Be Returned?

Eligible for return are only those items that are faulty, damaged, or have a printing error. In the unlikely event of such issues, we are ready to reprint your item. Remember, reprints will not accommodate changes in color, product, size, or design.

A gentle reminder: Our DTF transfers are digitally printed. Monitor displays can vary, and while digital screens are vibrant, we use a CMYK color palette for printing. This difference is crucial to consider during your design process.

Note: Digital inks do not support hyper color, fluorescent, or metallic effects. For more tips on artwork and design, please visit our FAQ page.

Design carefully: Ensure that your designs are error-free before placing an order. Transfer Merch does not proof customer-created documents before processing. Once an order is approved and paid for, it’s taken as permission to proceed. Any changes requested after this point may not be feasible.

What Cannot Be Returned:

Custom printed apparel, printing, and promotional products are non-returnable unless they are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.

Sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles, and we have no control over color/shade variations between garments from our suppliers. These may result from different fabrics, dye lots, etc.

Tolerances: Garments may have a tolerance of +- 1 inch. Print placements are considered acceptable within +- 1.18 inches (vertical and horizontal), as they are manually done. Print dimensions also have a tolerance of +- 0.39 inches.

We cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes or design errors once items are custom printed. For misprinted, materially flawed, or defective items, contact us at info@transfermerch.com within 14 days of receipt. Please include your invoice number in all correspondence.

Exchange or Store Credit Returns:

These must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping Charges:

All shipping charges for returning products must be borne by the customer. We do not reimburse these charges.

How to Return a Product:

  1. Email us at info@transfermerch.com or visit our return page, indicating the purchase date, items you wish to return, and the reason.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond with a Return Authorization Number or a denial.
  3. For approved returns/reprints, email us at [email protected] with your name, order number, purchase date, items for return, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the item.
  4. Post your return with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
